I use the following CPT codes for testing which you can share with your insurance company:

• 90791 - Diagnostic intake appointment

• 96130 - First hour of psychological testing evaluation

• 96131 - Each additional hour of evaluation

• 96136 - First 30 minutes of test administration and scoring

• 96137 - Each additional 30 minutes of test administration and scoring

Yes. At the conclusion of the assessment, I provide families with a superbill. Families can submit the superbill (which includes the codes, diagnoses, and the cost of the codes) to their insurance.
